Justin has been an executive in the post-acute healthcare sector for fifteen years. Justin served as the President of Residential Hospice for five years before selling the business to Graham Holdings in 2014.

Jim is Managing Director at Graham Healthcare Capital and has been with the company since inception.  He has twenty years of experience as an investor, investment banker, and financial consultant.

Dr. Ed O’Bryan

Chief Medical Officer

Edward C. O’Bryan, M.D., M.B.A., C.P.E. Dr. O’Bryan is a seasoned physician entrepreneur having founded several successful healthcare companies and non-profits over his 20+ years in the healthcare space. His role as CMO at Graham Healthcare Capital is to assist portfolio companies in realizing potential and evaluating new business opportunities and investment targets for clinical quality, effectiveness, and market & regulatory dynamics. Before coming to GHCC, Dr. O’Bryan served as Chief Medical Officer and Vice President of Clinical Operations for TruePill, a telehealth, digital pharmacy, and digital diagnostics company. There, he oversaw program and business development, quality, strategy, provider network building, and partnerships. Previously, Dr. O’Bryan was at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) where he served as the Enterprise CMO for Telehealth and Business Health and the Founding Executive Director of MUSC Health Solutions, a novel system-wide accelerator for rapid commercialization of innovative digital medical products, services, partnerships, and ideas. Academically, Dr. O’Bryan maintains his position as an Associate Professor of Medicine at MUSC. He has over $15 million dollars in funded research and numerous publications and academic presentations in addition to AOA honors. He attended Davidson College, received his M.D. from MUSC, and his M.B.A. from the University of Tennessee. He is married to his wife Claire, and has two daughters, Evy and Tillie.

Charlie Walker

Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel

Charlie grew up in a healthcare-focused family. His father and sisters work in the industry, and he understands the effort required to care for patients, manage a business, and stay apprised of the ever-growing regulatory landscape. He most recently was General Counsel for a multinational aerospace and defense supplier, where he advised family ownership on estate planning and business succession matters. Charlie began his career as an associate at a Nashville-based law firm focused on healthcare transactions. Additionally, Charlie is a registered patent attorney admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Charlie holds a B.S. from Harding University, where he majored in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and minored in Political Science, an M.B.A. from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management, and a J.D. with a concentration in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University School of Law. Charlie is married to Erin, and they are the proud parents of four boys.

Lucas Hall is the Senior Director of Business Intelligence for Graham Healthcare Capital. He is responsible for working across the portfolio to find integrated solutions to disparate data. He also evaluates tech stacks and identifies areas for optimization to help businesses automate process to run smoother. Lucas has over 13 years of experience managing and analyzing data to solve complex business problems.

Alexis Hughes is the Senior Marketing Manager at Graham Healthcare Capital, supporting the marketing strategies for Graham’s portfolio companies, including paid media, website, SEO, content, email, and social media efforts. Prior to her current role, Alexis served as the Marketing Manager at Surpass Behavioral Health, a Graham Healthcare Capital portfolio company.
